Shipping in Canada and the U.S.:


When Placing your order you will only be charged $9.95 for shipping & handling regardless of the country.


All the shipping is done through:

Canada Post express and USPS Ground 7-10 Business days, could take few days longer for the U.S. orders.


Orders received Monday - Friday by 12:00 PM EST will usually be shipped within 24hours. All orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will usually be shipped the next Business day!


The following Days we do "NOT" Ship:


The orders may be placed online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, but we do not ship on the following days and holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Weekends,. All orders made on these days are shipped on the following business day.


Remember to provide us with the appropriate information. If you make the

following mistakes your order may delay your order?


If you supply an Incorrect or incomplete shipping address there is a $14.00 service charge imposed by the delivery company that will be charged to you, so make sure you have given us an accurate and complete shipping address. Don’t forget to include your apartment number, etc.

Order Confirmation and Back Orders:


- If you did not provide the proper billing address for your credit card.

-If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address.

-If the phone number you provided does not match the billing address.

-If we are unable to electronically verify your billing information.

-If an item on your order is out-of-stock.

-If your credit card information can not be verified.


Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order with purchase reference number. We make every attempt to fill 100% of the orders every time, but occasionally a product may be on back order. When that occurs, you will be notified of these changes to your order via email or by package being shipped to you.


Shipping to Another Address:


Yes, You can ship to different addresses than your mailing address. There is no additional charge for this and you will see this option upon check out. Remember to provide the right address; don’t forget to include your apartment number.


Return Policy, Exchange Policy and Guarantee:

B. RETURN AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you wish to return or exchange any item for any reason you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number" within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at info@painbegone.ca  to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". No returns or exchanges are acknowledged and NO refund will be given without a "Return Authorization Number". There is a $6.50 restocking fee for all Magnetic Therapy Products that are returned. There are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days.


C. EXCHANGES: If you ordered merchandise that does not fit or you want a different style and you want to exchange it for a different size or style you must obtain a return authorization number by e-mailing info@painbegone.ca. You would have to return the item that does not fit and you must place a new order via our website for the desired size or style. When we receive the returned item back we will refund the amount of the item minus a $6.50 restocking fee. The item must be in an undamaged re-sellable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. The new order must be placed through the website, and you will be charged for that product accordingly.  It will be shipped out as normal with applicable shipping charges, if necessary.


D.  NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Magnetic therapy products such as body braces, shoe insoles, and bed pads that have been taken out of its original packaging and are unsealed cannot be returned and no refund will issued. Items that are un-opened, unused, in original manufacturers packaging may be returned for a full refund, less a $6.50 restocking fee. Any item that has been damaged by the purchaser is also not refundable.


E. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping or we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via e-mail so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction. You will be refunded, or we will reship items that were damaged in shipping. You may be requested to return the damaged item or incorrect item to us at regular ground shipping. We will not pay for express or overnight delivery service. In that case we will pay maximum of $10.50 towards the shipping expense that you have incurred. You will be refunded the money, when we receive the returned item.


5.  NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES: Packages that are refused at the time of delivery, left unclaimed, or not deliverable and that are returned by the shipper to us:


I. If it is our fault, upon learning of the shipping error and obtaining the correct shipping information we will create a new order and reship the new order to you at no additional cost.


II.. If it is the error of our customer,, usually because an incorrect shipping address was provided to us, then we will refund the price that was paid for the product less a 15% restocking fee plus $9.95 shipping & handling charges, If he customer provides us with the proper shipping information and requests that we reship the order, we will create a new order and reship the order at the normal cost to the customer.
